Jonas Durham

With a career spanning more than two decades, Jonas brings a diverse skill set and a proven track record of success, most recently as the Fiber Development Manager at the Colorado Department of Transportation. In this role, he oversaw CDOT's Fiber Program, demonstrating excellence in managing existing fiber agreements, establishing new partnerships and driving process improvements for program growth.

Prior to his role at CDOT, Jonas served as the National Fiber Manager at DISH Wireless, where he contributed significantly to DISH’s emerging presence in the wireless industry.  He was instrumental in establishing DISH's fiber organization, and excelled at partnering with key stakeholders to implement standards for engineering excellence and cost efficiency.

Throughout his career, Jonas has consistently demonstrated an ability to establish and maintain strong collaborations with broadband providers on a national scale. His leadership in fiber sourcing, design, implementation, and broadband project management has made him a respected figure throughout the industry, known as a strategic thinker and creative problem-solver, particularly when faced with time-sensitive challenges.
