Update: The Sept. 12 and Sept. 13 Public Comment Presentation/Initial Application meetings are virtual. There is no in-person attendance.
A timeline and updated Policies and Guidance documents are now available for the Broadband Deployment Board’s (BDB) Summer 2023 Grant Cycle.
The BDB will host the Sept. 12 and 13 “Public Comment Presentation/Initial Application” meetings in a hybrid format. You can join us in person at the Colorado Department of Law (1300 Broadway, 10th Floor, Denver 80203) or choose to attend these meetings remotely. Please note that these two meetings may be combined, depending on availability. We will communicate the final information about the meetings in August.

Reminders
- Appeals must be submitted as attachments via electronic mail to Board staff at the following e-mail address: oit_broadbanddeploymentboard@state.co.us.
- We strongly encourage you to review the Award Policy, Appeal Policy and Guidance Document.
- Appellants must accompany their Appeal Form with all documentation supporting their appeal (including a presentation). All supporting documentation must be submitted as an attachment to the e-mail conveying the Appeal Form.
- Response Objection Forms must be submitted forty-five (45) days after the posting of the application on the Board’s webpage.
