The Colorado Broadband Office (CBO) is responsible for the obligation of funds under the State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (SLFRF), Capital Projects Fund (CPF) and the Broadband Equity, Access and Deployment (BEAD) Program. These programs have all adopted speed test requirements that recipients of funding must meet. To assist recipients in completing this requirement the CBO is releasing the Speed Test Certification Guidance document, which applies to both federal and state broadband grant programs.
