The National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA) approved Colorado’s Digital Access Plan, which outlines how to make internet access affordable, provide devices and offer essential digital skills training to empower Coloradans for a brighter, more connected future.

The plan was written by the Office of the Future of Work (OFW), the Office of eHealth Innovation (OeHI) and the Colorado Broadband Office (CBO). The state worked with over 15,000 Coloradans to develop a plan that will invest $12 million into programs that help Coloradans who lack access to high-speed internet due to affordability, device availability, or lack of digital skills.
