The Initial Proposal Volume 2 for BEAD was released last week for public comment. The document is 161 pages long and outlines critical components of the program, including the plan for workforce development, stakeholder engagement, low-cost and middle-class broadband service options, and the selection process for subgrantees.
To help stakeholders navigate the document and to facilitate comments we created a guide that highlights key sections of the plan, provides descriptive information and provides page numbers for reference.
