Megan is responsible for managing the Broadband Data Program, including development, analysis, and utilization of broadband data to support critical initiatives in Colorado. She focuses on building a robust broadband database, providing advanced mapping services, and delivering data-driven analysis to inform CBO funding programs, empower state, regional, and local broadband stakeholders, and support internet service providers in expanding connectivity. 

She has worked for the Colorado Broadband Office and the Office of Information Technology since 2012. Her work promotes coordination and collaboration across the state and provides stakeholders with accurate and accessible data to support broadband expansion in Colorado.

Raised in Glenwood Springs, Colorado, she recognizes the issues important to rural Colorado communities. She earned a bachelor's degree in geology and environmental science from Skidmore College and a master's degree in geography and geographic information systems (GIS) from State University of New York (SUNY) at Albany.
