Lauren is part of the Office of Information Technology Communications Office. Lauren manages the marketing and communications for the Advance Colorado Broadband grant program, which the CBO uses to deploy millions in federal funding to broadband programs around the state. Lauren’s work ensures stakeholders are well-informed and knowledgeable about all aspects of federal broadband funding opportunities through the CBO. Lauren also manages media and community relations for the CBO, sharing the stories of communities, people and projects that are making positive impacts across the state.
Lauren has been in communications for more than 15 years and has worked in various industries, including tech, nonprofits, telecommunications, real estate and hospitality. She holds a bachelor's degree in public relations from Colorado State University and a master's certificate in integrated communications from the University of Denver.
