Kristen joined the CBO in 2023 and is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of strategies and programs to ensure universal broadband access in Colorado. Her work includes managing, collaborating and supporting communications efforts for the CBO, such as the CBO newsletter, website and materials aimed at public and private stakeholders. In addition, Kristen provides project management support for the CBO's various initiatives.
Prior to joining the CBO, Kristen developed and implemented marketing and communication strategies for various organizations from banking to digital products and services to social justice nonprofits. Her work focuses on increasing impact through strategic communications. She holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Butler University and a master’s degree in integrated marketing communications from the University of Colorado.
Kristen moved to Colorado in 2001 and is proud to be raising her 3 native Coloradans in this wonderful state.
