Broadband Deployment Board decisions from the Winter 2022 Grant cycle were posted on our website on Aug. 31, 2022, officially starting the countdown for the appeals process. The Appeals & Right of First Refusal (RoFR) submissions deadline has been extended from Sept. 5 to Saturday, Sept. 10, at 11:59 p.m.
The Broadband Fund is working to finalize dates for Winter 2022 RoFR & Appeals Hearings. The tentative timeline is:
- Wednesday, Oct. 5 (tentative): ROFR and Appeals Hearing #1
- Thursday, Nov.10 (tentative): ROFR and Appeals Hearing #2
