Winter 2022 Grant Cycle Appeals Hearing
On Aug. 25, the Broadband Deployment Board (BDB) completed its application review for the Winter 2022 Grant Cycle. BDB decisions regarding applicant's ability to meet the Minimum Requirements for both the High-Cost Support Mechanism (HCSM) Funding and American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Stimulus Fund were posted on our website.
The Appeal and Right of First Refusal (RoFR) submission deadline was Saturday, Sept. 10. BDB Appeal Hearings are tentatively scheduled for:
- Tuesday, Oct. 4 at 9:30 a.m., and
- Thursday, Nov. 10 at 9:30 a.m.

Summer 2022 Grant Cycle Cancellation: Timeline of upcoming events to be published
On Aug. 25, the BDB approved the cancellation of the Summer 2022 Grant Cycle. As such, the Board will host a series of meetings, public stakeholder meetings and webinars in the coming months to discuss and implement any potential changes to the grant cycle process. The timeline of these events will be published by Sept. 30, 2022.
