In a little over a year, 30% of eligible Colorado households have signed up for the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP). Established in the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law in late 2021, the ACP lowers the out-of-pocket cost of broadband service and devices for qualifying households.

Despite the growing numbers, the ACP funding – if not extended – will run out in just a few months.

Our goal is to make this program permanent so no Coloradans are left behind. To prove the program’s value to solving the affordability barrier many people face, more families must enroll so Congress continues the program.
